Import approved recipients

Upload a CSV with Name and Award columns. Award can be Participation or Excellence. Each recipient gets a unique access code.

Important: importing a new list replaces the current approved recipient list. Download and securely keep the generated access-code CSV immediately. Codes are not recoverable later.

Your existing YCW designs are included as defaults. Upload a revised master only if the name area is blank and the artwork is ready for automatic name placement.

Custom uploads replace the default artwork for recipients. Use landscape PNG/JPG, maximum 4 MB. The generator adds names; it does not remove old text from custom artwork.

Certificate ID setting

Generate unique certificate IDsOff by default, as requested. When enabled, IDs appear on newly imported recipients' certificates.Event date displayed
